1. General Return Guidelines In compliance with the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) consumer protection laws, Brouj Perfumes accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original sealed condition, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all transactions.

2. Non-Returnable Items Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards regarding fragrances and cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
• Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Gift cards and promotional/sale items (unless stated otherwise).

3. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Brouj Perfumes will take full responsibility. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and immediately issue a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time of 5-14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
